Project Gaia: Live arrives on the planet
The second week of world building has passed and it got a little bit more complicated.
Again, Abe and I have been at developing our world for Project Gaia(PG) and I'd still claim it's running pretty smoothly. It got a little bit tougher this week but I think that's normal. We reached the point where conscious beings start to talk to each other and react appropriately to events and shit! No wonder things start to get tricky.
We got ourselves a colorful mixture of beings and critters, that bring live to our little universe. The creation of normal folk has not happened yet, though. You know... the "humans" of said universe, but we're almost at the point where history of creation becomes history of the world - history replaces myth.
Working on this project is just the best! Abe and I found a good way of collaboration. He's inspired by the more or less short outline I'm writing and writes beautiful, written-out, epic texts to boot. If we encounter any discrepancies, we drop comments and discuss those over Discord. I think Google Docs is a great tool for this kind of teamwork. (That reminds me: I still need to update our Trello Board this very day. Also a great tool!)
Unfortunately I had a bit of a setback for PG today, because some tasks for this website came up. Fortunately I managed to take care of them all today, so on Thursday I will continue with PG fulltime. See you then! :P
